Conference Refund Policy for Registration Fee and/or Friday Night Dinner Expenses
- Full refunds until September 6, 2024 will be issued minus a Paypal fee of $10.00.
- Refunds from September 7 - September 16, 2024 will be a 50% refund minus a Paypal fee of $10.00.
- There will be no refunds after September 16, 2024.

Hotel Refund Policy
The hotel has its own policy for refunds, changes and cancellations. You are responsible for canceling your hotel reservations. Please call 804.727.1400 with your reservation information.
